This class is suitable for all ages and levels, and will focus on the essential principles and exercises of Pilates with a focus on both lengthening and strengthening the entire body. The class will incorporate music to fluidly transition from one exercise to the next, creating an awareness of the body, and with practice, will create movements that are both efficient and graceful.

Core and More is a low impact mat workout that combines strength training and mind body balance into one dynamic workout. This class is suitable for all ages and levels, and will combine the principles of Pilates, Yoga, and Ballet training to focus on strengthening our core powerhouse muscles, including the glutes, hips, abdominals, pelvic floor, and lower back.
